Short cuts

Hey guys, on installing the game there was no option of creating short cuts.
For some reason i cannot create short cuts for single and multi player on desktop.I need to load either mode from disc driver, which means that if i want play online i need to have the disc in the driver.

I had the same problem... Assuming you installed the program into the default directory, right click on the desktop and create a new shortcut and paste the following into it and you will be all set. Make sure you keep the quotes on there when you copy and paste.

For the Multi-Player

"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaWmp.exe"

For the Single Player

"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaW.exe"

I created my shortcuts without problem but if I try and link them direct to ToB like I used to, by adding +connect and the addy of the server. It attempts to connect and then says invalid path??

Yet is I hit the tilde key and then enter connect and the addy I get straight in?

I am very confused and typing the full addy every time I want to connect is a pain.

I don't know how to add favourites just always used short cuts...
