Its JUST a GAME folks!

Sometimes while playing some folks get all upset about getting killed, well that’s the point of the game. Simply put KILL or Be Killed, this equates to a score and if score and statistics is you bag then you may want to relax some and remember back when the game was just fun to play.

Truths in this game that can not be disputed so don’t try please.

1. There is always someone better and they don't have to be cheaters to BEAT you like a drum.

2. If you call cheater without proof you have forgotten rule #1.

3. Snipping and Run and Gun are COMPLETELY different.

4. Team Speak makes this game 1000% better yes 1000%. The R+G sever has given us far more than are share of BELLY aching laughs!

5. Kids are usually better at RUN and Gun (Black Delta is a grenade freak but is fast on his keyboard!) So be prepared for a 14 year old to whip you into a latte!

6. Really high scoring snipers don’t have "spots" they play the game as it develops.

7. You will have days when you just don’t have it, aim is slightly off, reflexes slower than usually, connection not so great. A quote from my good friend and one of my greatest challenges to FIND 2Sniper= "Never forget you have the ability to suck"


It’s a game and this is one great place to play it.

My last word is we should be grateful to Uncle Fester and Mikethemaniac (who by the way is a sneaky sneaky R+G er!!) for giving us this great server and all this fun! Those guys put massive amount of hours to maintain this server and continually keeping it fresh just amazes me!

Well said Sniper, I really couldn't agree more. I for one am here and on the server just to enjoy myself, meet some really great people, and have fun. For me it's not about the "score" but about the fun. Sure it's nice to be near the top of of the scoreboard (which happens very infrequently for me), but the overall experience is what matters.

There are some very talented people who play here. I think I have become a better sniper because I get my butt kicked every now and then. Playing with the best makes one better.

I'm not entirely sure what prompted Sniper to write this post originally, but like he said, it is just a game. HAVE FUN with it.

It is a game, and without the members and regulars making it more than just a game, its a community of people who all share the same love of the game and have a right good laugh at the same time
thanks to all you for making the ToB what it is today
And making me proud to represent it.

I agree that its JUST A GAME and with what you say...I take it that someone has said something to you in game to prompt this post? There will always be the moaners and groaners, its easier to ignore them and not justify ones self for being better than them on the day. (I dont have the problem they are usually faster than me(I blame it on my ping:5lol: ))

I agree, this server contains a "game" but i think the whole part of this experience is the family like aspect of which brings together all who play from all over the world. I enjoy nothing more than sniping on here, but you cannot beat the freindship that goes with it.
Just my thoughts anyway.

As much as I dislike getting killed by you, and all the rest I don't get to awful upset about it. Afterall it is just a game. Fun when you are on target and almost fun when you are the target. Here Here Curt... Well said and Yes TS makes the whole experience much better not just for the R&G server but sniping too... And I will find 2sniper some day....:icon_wink: . We have had our tree shaken a bit and a few nuts have fallen out...but this is still the best sniper server in COD2 and I will be here as long as they will have me.

I echo these sentiments! It is a game, and I for one know that I am not that great a player, but the shear enjoyment of playing just to relax and relieve some stress from the day is what it is all about. I know that I may even be the easiest target out there but hey someone or a lot of someones stat go up quite a bit when I am on and that makes them happy, well then I am happy. T/S is the only way to go. I am not a big conversationalist but it is fun to listen to some of the bantering or dogging that goes on.

Keep up the good work guys, I have been to a lot of the other servers and this is the best one out there. Good friends can be found here, you just need to look and you will find your spot here.
