Ok all you sig designers its time i had a new siggy - could someone make me something a bit special. Only request is to include the England or British flag in there somewhere, open to all other ideas.

Perhaps a flickering affect like a power cut or like it being burnt out from the back???? is that possible or does that make any sense??
