Since my sleep patterns have been somewhat odd lately, I have been trolling the internet server listings at all hours. I have come across servers that look like they are close to full but when you get in, there is just a few people, the rest are all "Connecting"(no name just states Connecting) with a 999 ping.
I have been fooled once or twice thinking the server is really hopping but there is just a couple of players. I would imagine that it is done to attract people to the server thinking there is a bunch of people playing.
