Technical Question

I've tried a few times to submit a membership request, but am taken to a screen that says I have to register. When I enter my user name and password it simply returns to the same screen. I tried to look at my group memberships in the case that one of my previous attempts worked, but get the same result...the registration screen. Thanks in advance!
