I am up and running thanks to Wyatt, Crash and Malc. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS.

I was just about to return the card and thought I'd look one more time at something Phil said and Wyatt suggested. Looking at the diagram Phil sent for the power supply I decided to look for the "other cable" and found it bound to another (white wrapped cable). I hooked both black power cords (P3 and P4) and that pretty little fan started spinning.

This was a huge education but hope I don't need educated more any time soon.

Its great having resources and great friends willing to spend the time, effort and 1 hour phone conversation while I'm swearing to get this worked out.

We have all been there you all have to start somewhere
Believe me i have spent many an hour fixing pc's most of them not my own
