Why have I been been banned?

Who do I ask to find out why I was kicked and banned from ToB|Custom HC TDM last night, Ive been using the server for many years, and I'm ranked 14th! anyone know the answer? it was just after being killed by UrOwnBadLuck!

I banned you for sitting in a spawn killing players. I told you 4 times in a row and over 3 times intermitently before the 4 time in a row. I even said if you dont leave the spawn you will be BANNED. YOU NEVER moved or acknowledge me.


You will need to look for a new server. OR ensure you never sit in a spawn again ...MEANING you ----- I MEAN YOU will have to work at not spawn klilling.

Your reputation amongst the players is your a spawn camper...not that you fight your way there you sit on a spawn.


SO unless you decide to change you playing style you will remained BANNED.

If you come back and say "I will change" and ever get caught spawn camping again you will be banned with prejudice...means you will never be back.

I was there and can confirm that Curt warned and gave ample opportunity for response and or change of tactics. Btw, Sean was not honoring us with his presence at the time.lol

Maybe it was my ghost because I surely wasn't there.

That is the funniest excuse ever, I was using a pistol and had been all over that map, I was in that room after running out of Garrand ammo, I didn't catch any of your comments because I was busy killing other players and had no idea the spawn had changed at that point or that that room was a spawn point!

I play tactically aiming to get more kills than deaths, I never bunny hop (unlike lots of other players), rarely use a scope and wouldn't know how to cheat with mods!

I've been spawn killed myself hundreds of times and know how irritating it can be! Although I do admit to leaving betties where I Spawn!

I get really irritated with players that are able to walk through betties and survive grenade hits or several bullet strikes regardless of the weapon, but I don't complain because its a game!

I do not camp spawn points but I do defend area's from attack!

My apology to UrOwnBadLuck if it wasn't you, I got kicked before I could be sure who it was!

I think you missed my point YOU ARE A KNOWN SPAWN CAMPER....we have had complaints about you before. You do sit in spawns or on them. If you say you will work at not doing it we can work this out. IF NOT you can find another server.

OH and all these years playing here you come to the forums once to post "Why did I get banned"....dosent spell loyalty like you elude to saying your 14th on the server and have played here for years.

IF you never saw my 7 warnings total then you may want to think about looking at some of them closer since one went all the way accross the screen and said BANNED in it.

Ree, our policy is to maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for our clan members and guests. The enforsement of rules is to make sure that everyone plays fair and has a good time. All those that have and exercise ADMIN rights are dedicated to that end and noone gets kicked or banned without ample warn ing. You work it out with Sniper and if he allows you back, please engrave this incident or as he has suggested, find another server. Hope you have reconsidered and are ready to continue game play like a mature person.

Ok, I'll agree not to defend close to where I spawn, nor will I take the enemy spawn, if I find myself near the enemy spawn point I'll move elsewhere!

Just to clarify, how do you define a "ban" safe distance from any spawn point and if I'm hiding somewhere and not running round like a mad thing, picking off players whom are not near their spawn, is that ok?
