its got something to do with an open gl but i think it relates to the fact that you should have spent more money.

I bet you got the BASIC INTEL DISPLAY CHIPSET, It doesn't support COD2. I have posted about it several times just search the forums for Intel Graphics.

But whaT JeTDoc SAID TOO... NOT LOL

I have never owned a laptop but surely you can get an upgrade grafics card and it should run cod2 ?
you can get away with a 128 card i know i used to have one in my desktop
i take it they need special cards for laptops but it must be possible to upgrade surely maybe some more ram as well cant do any harm while you at it
i know my friend also has a twin fan mat to put under his because it get very hot gaming.

Unfortunately, most lappy toppies can't have the video upgraded.

You have to buy them that way (unless you REALLY want to drop some serious change).

What version of the Intel chipset is it? Is it the G965?

If so, follow this linky (http://blogs.intel.com/technology/2007/08/gaming_on_integrated_graphics.html) to read about it, and download new drivers.

I don't know if the new drivers enable the functionality on prior chipsets, though.
