Had a major crash last night and had to reformat everything. I put the TOB icon on desktop but when I try to connect it tells me "Server is running different version 1.3"

What do I need to do to correct this?

OK I d/l the 1.3 patch from activision and was in the game. Then the server disconnected on my twice. I have punkbuster on. What else do I need to do?
