hover buttons/rollovers

I'm trying to make a hover button for my site, you know, those little images when you hover your mouse over them, they change? Well I have my two images, and their codes, but i need a js code or something. does any1 know of a site with a walkthrough, or just some tips? thanks

It's an on-line generator and then you just nab the code :)
