If you don't know the rules read them. No CUSSING means no CUSSING.

NADES and AIRSTRIKES are part of the game, and if you think someone was CHEATING/HACKING bring it to someone's attention instead of CUSSING.

If you took the time to actually come here and voice your concern, you can certainly read AND reason. So, by reading you know the rules and by reasoning you know you could type your concern in the game instead of using profanity.

You misspelled B***Sh*T, there are 3*'s in Bull. Otherwise you haven't a leg to stand on, our rules are posted every two minutes. You didn't follow them.

Well...you missed the part about family....as I have always said we are 1 tenth clan 9 tenths family.

You may have a valid issue about a few hackers, we have banned a few. Our method on finding and documenting is clan held secret. We are a clan of honest and clean players who hold family values sacred. So the BS got you kicked but not banned. Next time tell a ToB| tagged member in game the player name or come here and post the name of who you think is hacking and what type of hack.

Stay friendly and we will be friendly, we dont like to kick or ban but we do for:
cheating
cussing
racial slurs
NOT listening to ToB| in game 9usually two player bickering and not stopping)

The console is set up to post the reasons for kick and ban every 2 minutes, so everyone knows.

You can be banned for forum issues also.

You seem like you mad about the hacker issue more than anything else. Just take a breath an stay focused on that not that you got kicked for using BS....we will listen.

I will state that cod4 has some differances that make it seem like some folks are hacking, when in fact they are not. We are sorting through this now as a clan.

Hope you take a momemnt and re-state your issues to us as a clan.

I concur with what Sniper said and stand by all ToB members in decisions to kick for profanity

So you know - ToB members do spend a bit of time spectating and banning cheaters. I myself have caught a few and we handle it quickly.

Just last night I spectated someone suspected of cheating and found they were not - they were just really good. About 4 out of 5 people i spectate to verify if they are cheating end up being clean. Dont jump to conclusions. If someone is cheating - we handle it swiftly.

Be careful not to accuse someone in game of cheating - bring it to our attention and we will handle it. There is much more happening behind the scenes in administering the servers/in game play, etc then you may realize.

One final word of advice - as you may have found - we are a tight knit family - be careful not to insult one of us .... ever. Treat us with respect and we will do the same.

i'd support that as well (perm ban) complaining is one thing - bad mouthing one of our members is terrible - especially considering the amount of time Ivan and others put towards keeping the servers clean....

Rapidfire48, I will give you credit for this responce, especially as you are giving concideration to your clan members and have personally had no problems with you. However, ultimately the decision is for our clan leader, Uncle Fester, to make and we will as a true family abide by his decision. May I suggest taking this to PM?

rapid fire... i would probably vote to appeal the ban if you didnt go and bash our member to kicked you... that is the admin decision and you dont have a say if you get kicked in game for something the admin kicks you for.... its good you posted but if you come here and say bad things about the member who kicked you.... i dont know that you deserve an appeal...

I have seen rapidfire play and usally he is a pretty good guy...that in mind all of you know I will kick a player faster than they can blink when they are messing with us.. I liked his appology and it seems some he came to his senses.. I think Dan should be the one who makes the final decision (with festers approval) as the comment was made about is compitence.
