Punk Buster again! [Archive]

Well Im getting kicked by PB again for the following reason:

Service Communication failure. PnkBstB Handshaking error.

This has started since installing Crysis, which I have now removed. I have gone through all old posts but cannot see this anywhere. Any ideas anyone? (Im missing the BF!).

Hi Alex i had trouble with punkbuster last night
I saw your old post and updated pb manually and went in and made sure pb and cod2 were in xp compatibility mode and it solved it
hope you solve yours
i have yet to encounter cod4 and punlbuster problems till i get the disc so fingers crossed lol

Well installing the 1.3 patch and re-installing PB seems to have worked! God knows how, but it has! :sheep:
