Well I've made signatures mostly for myself... but here is some stuff I've done so far... I enjoy the practice, so if anyone needs one made, let me know, and I'll give it a whirl. A request of mine personally is that if you would like me to make a sig for you, please send me a private message. Yes, I read them almost as fast as you send them usually... and also, please read the bottom of the linked post above which gives some ideas of the questions I may ask you about preferences for the image, feel, font, etc. of your sig. Otherwise, you may get what I like... which may be different than what YOU like. This will save us both some time.

Thanks, lady and gentlemen. I am most proud of my radiohead one because it looks most like what I was going for... and it captures a "look" to someone who knows what that look is. ColKing's as well because I followed directions. Awww heck... I'm kind of partial to them all because they all show a stage of learning in one way or another. I really enjoy doing them, so if anyone wants one, I'll be glad to give it a try... even if you don't use it. Just let me know

If you read this, signature requests (http://www.theoldbreed.com/showthread.php?t=32) at the bottom it gives you a sort of checklist so that you can help me help you with what you're looking for. To sharpen the signature this is how I do it

I use this example

step 1 : duplicate your picture, so you're having 2 layers with the same picture

step 2 : select the copy of that layer

step 3 : go to Filter - Other - High Pass

step 4 : set Radius at 0,2 or 0,3 pixels

No, actually that was an abstract render that I just changed and filtered. It does look like a liquify filter though. Good eye!

The secret is.. to keep making sigs.... a lot, try to make a sig from a tutorial (4 learning how to do a technic...) beeing creative and find a style that fit you...
