Weapons profiles reset?

I was over my buddies house last night trying out the new sniper server on his pc and every time it would rename and reset his weapons profile. Is this normal?

You mean everytime the map cycles and you choose your side, you have to reselect your primary weapon etc...?? If so yeah i have the same thing i thought it was normal

It happens like that on any un-ranked server.

I noticed that the names given to my custom profiles has been changed back to default. The profiles seem intact, however. Is this normal?

Thanks, Dan! You're correct - it is annoying. I was hoping it wouldn't keep happening but I guess I won't bother renaming them again so I don't waste the time...
