In your c:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main\screenshots folder.

Take a look at my response to your other post regarding screenies here. Cod4 seems to use a different system to sort screen shots then the old cod..COD used to sort screenies in one file COD4 sorts them into respective mod files for each clans mods.
