spawn glitches

hey all... i found out 2day that on the sniper 2 server... when you spawn, ur invincible...which mean that you can fall as far as you want w/out dying... this means you can get into some pretty sweet spots, like these:

these were on reservoir I fell right into them. the only access point is from above... are they allowed or not?

Haven't really decided. Trying to find a way to prevent you from being able to fall and not die under spawn protection.
