The first review of the Nvidia GeForce 9800 GX2 Looks very good they do not have driver optimized yet but they will. Might be on the price side. But will out perform all others.

The 9800 GX2 appears to be a good card, but not necessairily worth the money yet.
HardOCP's review of the 9800 GX2 (http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/article.html?art=MTQ3NSwxLCxoZW50aHVzaWFzdA==) is an excellent review, and one of the best evaluations in the industry for hardware that they review - browse the site and take a look around.
The 9800 GX2 is the fastest card (providing it actually runs in SLI mode) available for single slot PCIe systems.
If you already have a SLI capable machine, however, dual 8800 GTX's are faster and less expensive, or about the same price. Dual 8800 GTS's (512 meg versions) are the same speed, and quite a bit less expensive.
Having an SLI capable machine means you're locked into NVIDIA motherboard chipsets, and many people have been having extreme problems with them. The newest out (the 790i's, I think) seem to be much better, but only time will tell.
It is a great upgrade path from older hardware, but it's probably not worth upgrading an existing 8800 series, unless you run (or are going to run) higher resolutions.
Just my 2 cents.
