I have a XFX geforce 9600gt @650mhz with 512 mem after rebate from newegg.com $139.00.

Yes it is, it was the first one they put out before the 9800's. It is single slot and SLI capable. XFX also has two more variations, the XXX and Alpha dog which are clocked slightly higher at 700 and 750 MHz.
