Once you have applied to become a -={ToB}=- member you are set in to a different group.
This DOES NOT mean you are a -={ToB}=- member nor does this mean that you can start using the -={ToB}=- tags.
If you are announced as a -={ToB}=- member it will be done so in here:

Only then can you use the -={ToB}=- tags.
