Is that a manufactured rig Scott, or did you build it yourself?

Might just be me, but it seems a lot of you over the pond in USA seem to build there own gaming rigs. Would this be right?

I was in between moving and selling a few properties and had this one built from http://www.cyberpowerpc.com

Normally I'd build it myself, I spent too much but am happy with the rig!

How as it dealing with CyberPower?

I almost got a system from them but I had heard about some people having issues with the systems that they got from them.

What, Only 1 video card and only 2GB of memory????

Your motherboard will support 3 video cards and with that power supply you should be able to put all 3 in it.

Yeah I know dude but I spent 4's already and CoD4 runs like butter. Also think of how I **** u already do want me even more deadly! LOL
I set it up like this for a reason it's more then any application requires right now. When games and apps change I will change. I will not use Vista and until that's figured out and fixed I'm going to wait. In time I will have double of everything I already have and thats gonna be sweet too!

Oh sorry mate was ok, problem that I did not think about was distance, California and I'm in New York. Meaning time difference for tech support and also if anything needs fixing the shipping and time. Otherwise the buil program, interface they have was great.

Sweet setup, I am almost the same in design. Just went much lower in the chip. I have the q6600 oc to 3.0 and 4 gig ram.

Just make sure the 8800 gets fresh air, mine would get to 50C until I opened up a second hole in the cover for it to breath. Dropped to 36C!

Yeah the keyboard is sweet, little adjustment for me because I was using the original ZBOARD. The button configuration is a bit different location and space wise. Took me about a week of changing buttons and messing with it till I got use to it. But I've had the Zboard for three years and trully believe it is one of the reasons I play better then most, it ROCKS! This new one I love becasue my mouse, my keyboard, rig everythig is lit up BLUE now!

I built my own pc, just upgraded the video card to XFX 9800 GTX OC Black Edition.
I tried cod4 with max fps set to "0" and it was running at 300 fps.
Hey Eni, why don't you run 3D Mark06 and see what score you get???
I scored 11000 but i am sure your rig will do better!

How do I do this mark 6 thing?

How do I do this mark 6 thing?
It's easy, just type 3D MARK06 in google or yahoo then download the programme from a website (there are many) doesn't matter which one!
Run the programme which is a series of tests and really cool graphics that are a pleasure to watch.
At the end it will ask you to go online to get your benchmark result, click ok and it will give you a score and it will also compare your pc to
other peoples who have a similar setup to you.
It will tell you where your pc sits, ie, medium pc, or high end pc.
It' s quite cool to see how your graphics cards and cpu cope when pushed and tested.
My old setup scored 8500 but with my new graphics card i scored 11000.
Some people scored 35000 but they must have spent a fortune on their rig.
Let me know how it goes!!!!

Thats a very good score, your rig can definately handle any game for the next few years. Don't you think the graphics on 3DMARK06 are really cool?
There is a new version out for Vista.

I'll be loosing my rig for three or 4 weeks having too ship it back to the company! I have had a lock up issue at times and come to find out my mobo has two bad memory slots! I'll be sending it in to get replaced and also add more memory going to go with the corsair dominators and get 4 gigs at the same time. I am doing this by the end of next week so some of my down time will be while I am in Spain for a couple weeks so it wont be as painful!
