Hey guys,
I'm new to the Sniper servers and ToB for that matter, but here is my complaint.
We were playing on August 10 about 4:00 A.M EDT (Atl. Ga. USA) and I made a statement about what my ex g/f had said about me playing video games. My exact words were, "I hear ya Mike, my ex use to say, 'you're always playing those damn video games'". 30 seconds later I got booted for an hour.
I wouldn't be complaining about anything had I been given some kind of warning for abusive or abrasive language, but I was not given a warning.
Had I been given a warning (there are no Console Warnings on the server I was on...64.34.184.17:28940), I would have gladly and without hesitation apologized for what I had said.
I have read some of the other complaints waiting for my first post to show up, but it never did, so this is a re-write. I understand you guys and gals are a close knit family/clan, and that's all well and good, I applaud you all for being that tight. I just don't understand why I was not given a warning before being booted. I cause no trouble at all, I have never been booted from a server in my whole entire online gaming life, which I have been doing for about 7 yrs now. I would say thats a DARN good track record. I have always respected admin rules and regulations on whatever server I was on. If I was given warnings for something I said or did, I apologized and went on playing.
I'm just really confused about why I was kicked for an hour when all I said was "damn".
Anyway, I apologize for what I said and it won't happen again, BUT, at least warn people before booting, especially since you don't have a console up and running on that server.
