I also have been having some connection issues (lagging) at times.
I am posting 4 screenshots - sorry for the quality.
They were taken on 7-Jan-2007 between 9:27pm and 11:50pm EST.

Please note the maximum millisecond column [Max (ms)]
What I am seeing (if I understand it correctly) is the problem rests right at the entrance to The Planet - that's our game hosting server, correct?
I don't know much about it, but I'm guessing that (generally) since the issue is right at the entrance to The Planet - it may be some of their equipment?
It looks like an ISP address at their door (their exposed external side of their router?) problem, then from there in.
Somebody who knows about this, please correct me.
A guess is equipment problems on their side (The Planet), equipment problems at the end of the ISP channel (AT&T), or possibly a denial-of-service attack?
The arguement against The Planet equipment is not everyone on the game experiences the lag at the same time, but that night several players were.
I hope this can help one of you smart people!
